Founder of the famous Playboy magazine Hugh Hefner who revolutionized the sex industry across the world has died at the age of 1991, a statement from his company announced on Thursday. Once called the “prophet of pop hedonism” by Time magazine, the press statement said, Hefner died in his sleep and peacefully.
The oversexed businessman kept a harem of young blondes that numbered as many as seven at his legendary Playboy Mansion. He married a girl 60 years younger to him in 2012. She was her third wife. Hefner publicly spoke about his libido and how thanks to pills like Viagra, he continued to enjoy his life, age not being a hinderance.
